Tayfun Uzun, Founder
Tayfun brings 15+ years experience in leadership, software engineering, product management and strategy. He is an expert in taking products from zero to one. He has been commended for his ability to cross complex technical solutions with business strategy.
Tayfun was the first non-founding employee at the Waterloo-based Magnet Forensics, as his first role as a software engineer in 2011. Magnet grew from 3 employees to over 500 when they were acquired in 2023 for $1.8B CAD. Tayfun was responsible for engineering leadership, product leadership and innovation. Tayfun still holds a product leadership position today.
Tayfun graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BASc in Management Engineering.
